Macaroni And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
    1 (6 to 8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 medium onion, grated
    1 large can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 large jar chopped red pimentos, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    seasonings: garlic powder, salt and black pepper
    crushed cracker crumbs
    margarine
Preparation
    Cook macaroni and drain.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Add grated cheese, onion, mushrooms, pimentos, mushroom soup, mayonnaise and seasonings; stir until blended.
    Spray large casserole dish with spray Pam.
    Pour casserole into the dish.
    Cover casserole with crushed cracker crumbs; dot with margarine.
    Cook for 30 minutes, uncovered.
