Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. about 6 medium potatoes, sliced
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 pkg. Ritz crackers
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. chopped or cubed ham
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place potatoes in casserole dish.
    Add crushed crackers, onion and ham.
    Mix well.
    Add salt, pepper and milk; dot with butter or margarine.
    Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 60 to 70 more minutes or until done.
