Barbecued Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken, cut up
    3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. lard or shortening
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped pepper (optional)
    1 c. ketchup
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Coat chicken with flour, mixed with salt.
    Brown in lard or shortening.
    As pieces are browned, arrange in a casserole.
    Saute onion, celery and pepper in melted butter or margarine.
    Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Pour over chicken in casserole.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
