Florentines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. (3/4 c.) almonds (about 1 c.), slivered
    3 oz. candied orange peel (about 1/2 c.), chopped
    3/4 c. sifted cake flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    1 Tbsp. heavy cream
    6 sq. (6 oz.) semi-sweet candy making chocolate
    6 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Make a pile of crepes and freeze them for the future.
    You can substitute puff pastry shells or chocolate shells if you want to.
