Confetti Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice
    5 c. water
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    10 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 grated carrot
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 chopped onion
    1 cube margarine (1/2 c.)
Preparation
    In large saucepan, bring rice, water, pepper and chicken bouillon cubes to a boil.
    Then turn down to simmer.
    Add carrot, celery, bell pepper, onion and margarine.
    Mix and cover.
    Cook slow until water is gone and rice is fluffy.
