Hamburg Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. minced onions
    1/4 c. butter
    1 lb. hamburg
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. sliced mushrooms or 1 small can
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    rice or chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter.
    Brown hamburg with onions.
    Add flour, salt and pepper; saute for 5 minutes.
    Add soup; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
    Add sour cream.
    Serve over cooked rice or chow mein noodles.
    Serves 6.
