Fresh Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 1/2 c. sifted self-rising flour
1 c. chopped walnuts
3 c. chopped, peeled apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat
oven to 300\u00b0.
Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan; set
aside.
Combine
eggs, sugar and oil in bowl; blend well. Gradually
add
flour;
blend
well.
Stir
in walnuts, apples, cinnamon and vanilla.
Blend well.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake one hour and 10 minutes or until toothpick inserted in
center comes
out
clean.
Cool in pan.
Frost with Cream Cheese Icing. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
