Sandy'S Manicotti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef or Italian sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, pressed (can substitute 1 tsp. crushed garlic)
4 c. tomato juice
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. or 12 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
16 oz. Ricotta cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thaw and drain
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
16 to 20 manicotti noodles
Preparation

Brown meat with garlic and onion; drain grease.
Combine 2 cups tomato juice, tomato paste, oregano, salt, pepper and sugar with meat.
Stir and simmer while preparing filling.
