Peach Pie Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for one-crust pie
    4 c. fresh peaches, sliced
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    dash of salt
    3/4 to 1 c. cream
    4 drops vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Arrange sliced peaches in pastry-lined 9-inch pie plate.
    Mix sugar, flour and salt.
    Stir in cream* and vanilla.
    Pour over peaches.
    Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
    Serves 6.
