Rice Salad Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Rice-A-Roni (chicken flavor)
    1 small can water chestnuts
    1 bunch green onions
    1 (3 oz.) can black olives
    1 small jar marinated artichoke hearts
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Cool.
    Cut up other ingredients fairly small (I use food processor).
    Combine with rice and mayonnaise.
    Pour into a Pam-sprayed mold.
    Chill.
    Serve on lettuce.
