Low-Fat Turkey Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. high protein cereal, crushed
1/2 c. nonfat milk
3 tsp. instant beef bouillon
1/4 tsp. dried sage
3 tsp. minced onion
1 egg or 2 egg whites or 1/4 c. egg substitute
1 lb. ground turkey
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, mixing turkey last.
Shape into 8 patties.
Coat a nonstick skillet or electric frypan with cooking spray and pan-fry.
Makes 4 servings, 270 calories each.
