Sauce For Leftover Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and green pepper in oil or whatever you prefer.
    Add
    tomato sauce and mushrooms.
    Season with soy sauce and Worcestershire,
    add
    pepper and whatever spices you desire. Simmer for\tabout
    20
    minutes.
    Add
    sliced leftover meat and simmer for about 15 minutes more.
