Homemade Low Cholesterol Egg Substitute - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 doz. egg whites
1 egg yolk
1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
1/2 tsp. yellow food color
Preparation
-
Separate 1 dozen large eggs, saving whites and discarding all yolks but one.
Add 1 yolk to whites.
Add dry milk and food color.
Blend and store in covered container in refrigerator.
Use within 1 week or freeze part for later use.
