Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. red Japlan sauce (hot sauce)
    1 head lettuce
    4 large tomatoes
    1 onion
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    8 oz. 1,000 Island dressing
    1 small pkg. tortilla chips
Preparation
    Brown hamburger.
    Drain off all drippings.
    Add beans, salt and hot sauce and simmer together for 10 minutes.
    Cut up lettuce, tomatoes and onion as for a salad, using a large bowl.
    Mix in meat mixture.
    Add cheese and dressing and toss lightly.
    Add crushed tortilla chips last and toss again.
    Serve as soon as possible.
