Reimen(Cold Noodle Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Japanese somen noodles or thin spaghetti
    1 carrot, cut in bite size strips
    1 cucumber, cut in bite size strips
    1 tomato, cut in wedges
    6 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. oil
    3 Tbsp. sesame seed
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook noodles in boiling water, then immediately drain and place in ice water until very cold.
    Mix dressing ingredients (vinegar, soy sauce, oil, sesame seed, sugar and salt).
    Pour over cold noodles and cut vegetables.
