Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    red pepper to taste
    1 medium head cabbage, chopped
    1 c. beef or chicken broth
    1 c. Italian-style bread crumbs
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Add onion, celery, salt, pepper, allspice and broth. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Add chopped cabbage.
    Stir, cover and cook about 15 minutes or until cabbage is wilted. Stir in 1/2 cup bread crumbs.
    Pour the mixture into a casserole dish. Top with remaining 1/2 cup bread crumbs. Dot with a little margarine. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
