Oysters Italian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. oysters
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3 garlic cloves
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Melt butter and crushed garlic.
    Shuck oysters and rub each shell with garlic butter; place oyster back in it.
    Add salt and pepper.
    To the bread crumbs add olive oil, parsley and oregano. Mix carefully and sprinkle over the oysters.
    Serve on the half shell.
