Yams With Orange Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 to 4 medium cooked sweet potatoes
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. butter
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
dash of salt

Preparation

Peel and slice sweet potatoes; place in a serving casserole. Mix cornstarch and sugars in saucepan.
Heat remaining ingredients in sugar mixture until thick.
Pour over sweet potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
