Chocolate Kiss Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 2/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter, softened
2/3 c. creamy peanut butter
granulated sugar
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
45 foil wrapped chocolate kisses

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Sift flour with baking soda and salt. Set aside.
In large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed, beat butter and peanut butter until well blended.
Add granulated sugar and brown sugar; beat until light and fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla; beat until smooth.
Stir in flour mixture until well combined. Using a level 1/3 cup for each, shape into 1-inch balls.
Roll each in granulated sugar.
