Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. tri-color spiral pasta
    3/4 c. olive oil
    1/8 c. Dijon mustard
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    crushed garlic to taste
    1 can quartered artichoke hearts
    sliced mushrooms
    sliced red and green peppers
    snow pea pods
Preparation
    Mix mustard and vinegar.
    Add oil and garlic.
    Marinate artichoke hearts in dressing overnight.
    Mix dressing and artichokes with cooked pasta and other vegetables.
    Refrigerate.
