Pop Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening until light.
    Beat in eggs until creamy.
    Stir in flour and baking powder to make a soft dough. Divide dough into 16 parts.
    Roll each to a flattened ball.
    Set on plate.
    Wrap in plastic.
    Refrigerate 2 hours.
