Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
3 c. flour
2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.
Beat in half the flour and add salt, oil and the rest of the flour.
Mix well. Knead until smooth.
Place in lightly oiled bowl.
Oil bottom, cover, let stand for 1/2 hour.
Place in oiled pan and spread out. Add sauce and cheese.
More options: pepperoni, sausage, broccoli, spinach.
