Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 c. cooked macaroni
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 can water
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can mushrooms (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
    grated cheese (to top dish)
Preparation
    Sear meat in frypan.
    Drain off fat. Mix in baking dish with macaroni, onion, tomato soup and water, salt and pepper.
    Add mushrooms, if desired. If you need more liquid, you can add tomato sauce.
