Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple, well drained
    1/2 c. pecans
    4 cherries
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Melt butter. Stir in brown sugar and pecans. Spread in bottom of Handi-Pan. Top with pineapple and cherries.
    Blend remaining ingredients at low speed until moistened.
    Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
    Pour batter over fruit in pan. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes. Check cake center with toothpick.
