Pecan Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. crushed pineapple
2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp. seasoning salt
Preparation

Soften cheese; gradually add pineapple, 1 cup of pecans, green pepper, onion and salt.
Mix thoroughly and chill.
Form in ball; chill.
Roll in nuts.
