Dilled Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. dill weed
6 c. peeled, boiled, cubed potatoes
1/2 c. Bermuda onion, chopped
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/3 c. celery, finely chopped
dash of paprika
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Sprinkle top with paprika to garnish.
Chill for several hours before serving to enhance flavor.
