Ingredients

4 sandwich rolls
margarine
4 slices Mozzarella cheese
2 c. spaghetti meat sauce
1/4 lb. pepperoni, diced
1/2 c. canned chopped mushrooms
grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. diced sweet onions
1/4 c. diced olives
Preparation

Split rolls and spread with margarine.
Place 1 slice cheese on each open-faced roll.
Cover with 2/3 of meat sauce.
Sprinkle with meat and mushrooms.
Add onions and olives.
Top with remaining sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Place under broiler until rolls are lightly browned and cheese is melted. Serves 4.
