White Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/3 c. water
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
dash of salt
Preparation

Combine ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil and stir until sugar dissolves. In mixing bowl place 2 egg whites. Slowly pour in hot sugar syrup, beating constantly with mixer until stiff peaks form, about 7 minutes. Beat in 1 teaspoon vanilla.
