Sweet Potato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. cold mashed sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, oil and water at medium speed.
    Add vanilla.
    Combine dry ingredients; stir into egg mixture just until moistened.
    Stir in sweet potatoes, raisins and nuts.
    Pour into 2 greased 5 1/4 x 3 3/4-inch coffee cans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes or until bread tests done.
    Cool 10 minutes on a wire rack.
    Remove from cans.
    Cool completely.
