Tomato Rice Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 20 oz. can crushed tomatoes
    1 c. rice
    1/2 lb. salt pork
    1 medium onion
    8 beef bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Cut salt pork into cubes and saute with chopped onion.
    Add crushed tomatoes and 4 cans of water.
    Add beef bouillon cubes. Bring to a gentle boil.
    Reduce heat and cook for about 10 minutes.
    Return to gentle boil and add rice.
    Simmer for just a little while.
