Ingredients
    2 lb. ripe tomatoes
    1/2 lb. shallot onions
    2 oregano snippets
    1/2 bunch parsley
    1/2 bunch basil
    4 (8 oz. each) beef fillets
    salt and pepper
    4 Tbsp. dry sherry
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Put tomatoes briefly into hot water.
    Remove skin and cut in halves.
    Chop onions.
    Wash, dry and chop herbs.
    Rub meat with salt and pepper.
