Gillespie Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 c. pecans, chopped
3 c. apples
Preparation

Combine sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla in mixing bowl.
Mix well.
Add flour.
Mix well.
Add apples.
Mix well.
Pour in nuts.
Pour in greased 8 x 12 x 2-inch pan.
Cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours on 350\u00b0.
Sprinkle with nuts when done.
