Asian Turkey Or Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 1/2 lb. turkey tenderloins or chicken breast halves
    salsa
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except meat and salsa, in shallow glass or plastic dish.
    Add meat; turn to coat with marinade.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, but no longer than 4 hours, turning once.
