Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 tsp. salt plus ground pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix corn, eggs, milk, oil, salt and pepper.
    Stir in cornbread mix; put in 9 x 9-inch or 1 1/2-quart size baking pan.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0; let set a few minutes after removing from oven.
