Mexican Onion-Beef Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
    1/4 c. water
    salt to taste
    1 1/2 c. corn chips
    Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Saute onion
    with
    ground
    beef for 10 minutes or until onions are
    tender.
    Stir
    in
    enchilada sauce and water.
    Add salt to taste.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Stir in corn chips.
    Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese. Makes 4 servings.
