Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 bell peppers
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. catsup
4 slices bacon
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Remove top and seeds from peppers and parboil 5 minutes; drain.
Combine remaining ingredients except bacon slices.
Stuff peppers and stand upright in greased baking dish.
Place bacon strips on top of peppers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
