Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. milk
    4 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    sprinkle of nutmeg
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Heat milk on stove until it comes to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Beat eggs. Add sugar, vanilla and salt to beaten eggs. Add the milk to egg mixture.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle top of pie with nutmeg.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 5 minutes, then at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until done.
