Chocolate Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. rum, Grand Marnier or Amaretto
    6 Tbsp. strong coffee
    1 1/2 c. scalded milk
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into blender, adding milk last.
    Blend well.
    Pour into bowl and refrigerate overnight.
