Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium (15 1/2 oz.) cans pineapple tidbits, drained
1/4 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter, melted
Preparation

Pour pineapple into baking dish. Mix sugar and flour and sprinkle over pineapple. Add cheese; then top with crackers and butter, mixed together. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serve warm.
