Sweep Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 or 3 lb. round steak
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Preparation

Put the meat on a large sheet of foil and sprinkle the onion soup mix on top.
Fold the foil airtight around it.
Put in a baking pan and bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours.
