Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. all-purpose flour
    2 packets dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 eggs
Preparation
    In large mixer bowl, combine 4 cups of flour, yeast, sugar and salt.
    Combine warm water and oil; add to dry mixture in bowl. Add eggs and beat at medium speed for 3 or 4 minutes.
    Stir in enough flour to make a soft dough.
    Turn out on lightly floured board and knead until smooth.
    Place in greased bowl, turning once to grease top of dough.
    Cover and let rise until double.
