Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cornstarch and water in top of double boiler. Cook over hot water until thickened.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in butter, rind and juice.
    Good over bread pudding or gingerbread.
