Raised Donuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    5 eggs, beaten
    2/3 c. powdered sugar
    4 c. warm water
    1/2 c. melted oleo or oil
    4 pkg. dry yeast
    3 tsp. salt
    12 to 15 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, working in more flour if needed. Knead at least 10 minutes.
    Roll out dough to 1/2-inch thickness and cut into donuts.
    Let rise to almost double in size.
    Fry in oil at 375\u00b0 until lightly brown on one side, then turn over and brown other side.
    Remove from oil and set on drainer.
