Egg Drops For Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
sprinkle of pepper
2 Tbsp. oil
3 Tbsp. grated cheese (heaping)
1/2 c. flour, sifted
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together well.
Will be a sticky mixture. If too thick, add 1 tablespoon water.
Spoon and press through large hole ladle strainer, pressing with the back of a tablespoon. Let drop into 8 to 10 cups boiling chicken broth.
Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
Serve hot.
