Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. canned tomatoes
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 lb. 1 1/2 inch thick round steak
salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix dry mustard with flour.
Dust or roll into steak.
Season with salt and pepper and brown on both sides.
Place in baking dish.
Cover with onions, peppers, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar.
Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
