Low Cholesterol Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
egg substitute to equal 2 eggs
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. safflower oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation

Beat sugar into egg substitute.
Mix in oil, cocoa and vanilla.
Add flour and nuts.
Mix completely.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
