Carrot Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
3 c. grated, raw carrots
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. crushed pineapple with juice
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and dust a 9 x 12-inch pan with flour.
Mix together the ingredients and bake for 1 hour.
