Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and place in a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Melt butter; stir in flour and blend well.
    Gradually add milk and cook over medium heat until thick.
    Add salt, pepper and 1 1/2 cups of cheese, stirring to melt cheese.
    Gently mix sauce with macaroni. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
