Dill Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 tsp. dill seed
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 c. creamed cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 unbeaten egg
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Soften yeast in water.
    Combine in bowl cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, soda, egg and yeast.
    Add flour in 2 additions, beating well.
    Let rise until light and doubled (50 to 60 minutes).
    Stir down dough.
    Turn into well-greased casserole 8 inches round.
    Let rise until light (30 to 40 minutes).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Brush with butter and sprinkle with salt.
