Kielbasa Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 kielbasa sausage
    2 carrots
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    2 c. rice
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1 can mushrooms
    butter
Preparation
    Cook rice and in a separate skillet cut up vegetables and fry in 2 tablespoons butter until tender.
    Cut up kielbasa in small pieces and fry in with vegetables until done.
    Add cream of potato soup and 1/4 can of water.
    Simmer 10 minutes and serve over rice.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
